Tondenisha ColemanOperations Manager

    Tondenisha Coleman has brought a diverse background in Healthcare Administrative Industry. Prior to joining Ombudsman Services of Contra Costa, Solano, and Alameda (OSCCSA), Tondenisha worked in the Managed Care Organization (MCO) Industry with Partnership Healthplan of California. In this role, she managed Med-Cal Healthcare sites in the Southeast Region of Solano County working with senior leaders among the ranks of Northbay Hospital, Sutter Medical Foundation, and Kaiser Foundation Hospital to develop and execute initiatives for the health plan required NCQA standards, while continuing her dedication toward building partnerships that foster governing, orchestrating, and managed excellent relationships with contracted Hospitals and Clinics in the greater Solano, Napa, Yolo Counties.

    Tondenisha Holds a Masters in Health Administration and a dual Bachelor of Healthcare Administration and Healthcare Management from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management (AAHAM) and The National Society of Leadership Success. Tondenisha is passionate about advocating for seniors ensuring that through centered advocacy, dignity, justice, and respect she will empower individuals and their families, and continued to support the multiple programs Elder Justice Program, Friendly Vistist & Telephone Reassurance, and (OSCCSA) Long-Term Care facilities. In her free time, Tondenisha enjoys church ministry, traveling, hosting and entertaining close family and friends, and cooking.
