Ninja Allen joins Ombudsman Services of Contra Costa, Solano, and Alameda (OSCCSA) as the Victim Support Coordinator for the Elder and Dependent Adult Justice Program. Ninja has always had a passion for justice, and serving and empowering others. After graduating from Alabama State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, she pursued a career in Law Enforcement, later become a police officer with the Union City Police Department. It was during this time she began to understand the need to protect our most vulnerable communities through awareness, prevention, advocacy, and collaborative partnership. Prior to joining OSCCSA, Ninja served as the Human Trafficking Task Force Coordinator for Contra Costa County, acting as a liaison between Law Enforcement and Victim Service Providers. In her spare time, Ninja enjoys cooking, reading, church ministry, and spending time with her family and friends.
