She was a volume dancer for decades, teaching dance to people as old as 90, she loved and was passionate about dance and worked very hard, running several dance studios and teaching classes late into the night. Then she noticed that her health was getting worse, so she moved in with her father, teaching classes at schools and community centers and taking care of him. She is a normal person supporting a sick family member, but while some people can afford to hire a caregiver, she can’t. It is very hard and challenging to support a family member yourself without hiring a caregiver, most of whom are paid low wages.
